  • Premium Raw Material Selection & Strict Inspection

The foundation of high-end smart mirrors lies in qualified raw materials. We adopt rigorous selection standards for all core components to avoid quality risks in mass production.

For the mirror base, we select high-quality ultra-clear float glass that complies with ASTM C1048 international glass standards. Compared with ordinary glass, ultra-clear float glass features higher light transmittance, lower color deviation, no ghosting, and clearer imaging effect, perfectly adapting to high-standard commercial and high-end home scenarios. All glass substrates undergo manual + machine double inspection to eliminate scratches, bubbles, impurities, and warpage defects.

For electronic accessories, we use brand-certified constant-current LED strips, low-power touch sensors, intelligent defogging modules, and stable Wi-Fi control boards. All electronic components pass EMC electromagnetic compatibility testing to ensure no signal interference, flicker, or short-circuit risks during long-term operation. We adopt fully automatic CNC intelligent cutting equipment to complete fixed-size and special-shaped cutting (round, oval, arched, irregular) with a cutting accuracy error controlled within ±0.5mm, ensuring perfect fitting with wall holes and frame structures.

After cutting, all mirror edges undergo four-side fine grinding and chamfering treatment. The polished edges are smooth and round without sharp burrs, effectively preventing scratching during installation and use. This process also improves the overall texture of the mirror and avoids edge chipping during long-term transportation and use. After polishing, the glass is thoroughly cleaned by an industrial automatic cleaning machine to remove surface dust, oil stains, and impurities, laying a foundation for subsequent coating and assembly.

  • Advanced Optical Coating & Explosion-proof Treatment

To upgrade mirror durability and optical performance, we conduct professional optical coating and safety explosion-proof treatment, which is the key difference between high-quality smart mirrors and ordinary products.

We apply high-standard AR anti-reflection coating in accordance with ISO 9211 optical standards. The anti-reflection coating reduces light reflection, improves light transmittance, makes imaging more realistic and clear, and effectively resists daily oxidation and fog blurring.

In terms of safety, we paste high-strength explosion-proof film on the back of the mirror. Even if the glass is accidentally impacted and cracked, the fragments will be tightly adhered to the film without splashing, greatly improving the safety of bathroom, children’s room, and hotel public space use.   • Silk Screen Printing & Structural Preprocessing

Adopting environmentally friendly high-temperature ink silk screen printing technology, the border pattern is uniform, non-fading, and non-yellowing after long-term use, solving the problem of easy peeling of low-grade mirror printing layers.

At the same time, we complete reserved hole positioning, laser engraving logo, and functional area preprocessing. Whether it is customized brand LOGO, special sensor reserved holes, or wiring port positioning, we achieve one-time precise forming to ensure accurate assembly of subsequent electronic components.
